We always endeavour to keep you with the same staff. All our staff are
trained, supervised, and insured to the same high standards. However, as
happens with any company our staff do come and go on occasion, and
sometimes our “regulars” are off work for reasons such as medical, family, or
vacation purposes. As such, we very much appreciate your understanding if
we sometimes change one of the team members cleaning your home.
Although we generally work in teams of 2, depending on our available
staffing and daily schedules, there may be times when anywhere from 1 to 3
staff are cleaning your home.
It can be very challenging for our teams to arrive at your home at precisely
the same time for every visit. Many factors can cause arrival times to be
either earlier or later than planned – the weather, traffic conditions, road
construction, or unexpected changes to our schedule - these are all factors
that may affect our arrival time at your home.
We will provide an approximate time of arrival for each appointment, and we
will always try our best to keep to the same schedule every time we come to
your home. However, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times, so if
something does change at the last minute, we will try to contact you to keep
you advised of what is happening.
As always, we appreciate your understanding if we do not arrive precisely at
the scheduled time.
Our rates are per hour per person, so if you have requested 3 hours of
cleaning, for example, then a team of 2 would be in your home for 1.5 hours
(1.5 hours x 2 staff = 3 hours of cleaning).
All invoices are subject to applicable tax.
All invoices are payable the day of the clean.
Most of our clients pay online by Interac email money transfer. E-transfers
can be sent to admin@allclean4you.ca
Alternatively, we can also accept payment by either cash or cheque (payable
to “All Clean”).
Any unpaid invoices may be subject to a late payment fee of $25 plus tax.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, including cancellations on the
day of the appointment, will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full amount
of the cleaning estimate.
Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a key and any alarm or door
codes, so we can clean while they are not home. Please contact us if you
wish to provide us with keys or codes.
We always work safely, but sometimes accidents happen. That is why we
are registered and pay for WorksafeBC coverage. In the unlikely event one
of our employees is injured while working in your home, this coverage is a
form of insurance that protects our employees against any form of workplace
injury or accident.
All Clean provides all the supplies and equipment necessary to clean your
home. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products as much as
possible, although there are occasions when stronger products may
sometimes be necessary to ensure your home is properly cleaned.
If you have allergies to any specific products, please let us know right away
so we can make sure to only use products which are sensitive to your needs.
Also, if you have a preferred cleaning product which is different from those
we normally use, we ask that you please supply this product to our cleaners
for them to use.
All Clean is committed to being as environmentally responsible as possible.
We make every effort to use environmentally friendly cleaning products as
much as possible.
All Clean is committed to ensuring both your wellness and the wellness of our
crews. We ask all our crews to take extra precautions, including using hand-
sanitizer, frequent handwashing, and wearing disposable gloves and/or
masks as necessary. To minimize interaction between clients and
crews, we are encouraging all our clients to either remain in one
room during their cleaning appointment, or to leave their home
entirely and go out for a walk or go for a drive or even just sit in their
gardens until their appointment is concluded.
