All Clean has a standard hourly rate for housekeeping. A seniors rate is also available. Rates for move in/out or construction cleans may vary. Our rates include all cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as all insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage at no extra cost to you.
For larger jobs, or for jobs requiring special equipment or extra staffing, we may request a deposit paid in advance. Deposits are usually 50% of the total cleaning estimate.
Please provide one parking spot for our cleaning crew. If a free parking spot is not available, parking will be applied to your total.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice including cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the cleaning estimate.
Our service area extends from Qualicum Beach to Ladysmith on Vancouver Island, and all points in between. Clients outside our service area may be charged a small surcharge to cover additional travel and fuel costs.
